This policy covers hitcogroup.tech and the Hitco ERP system (erp.hitcogroup.tech / portal.hitcogroup.tech), both operated by Hitco Electricals Pvt. Ltd. ("Hitco", "we", "us").
Website visitors: when you submit an enquiry or "Request Quote" form, we collect the name, email, phone, company, and product/technical details you provide, so our sales team can respond.
Hitco ERP staff and distributor accounts: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google to identify your account and apply your assigned role and permissions. Distributor (customer) accounts additionally provide a password, set directly with us, and are scoped to their own company's records only.
External Access Requests: if you request limited access to a specific ERP module (e.g. Tenders) as someone outside Hitco, we collect the name, email, company, and message you submit, so an internal Sales Executive can review and decide whether to grant access.
To respond to enquiries and quote requests; to authenticate accounts and enforce role-based access within the ERP; to review and act on access requests; and to operate, secure, and improve these systems. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We use a small number of service providers to run these systems, each acting on our instructions: Google (sign-in), Supabase (database hosting), and Vercel (application hosting). We do not otherwise share your information with third parties, except where required by law.
We keep account and business records for as long as the underlying business relationship or legal/accounting requirement exists. An access request that is rejected, or an account that is deactivated, is retained in our audit records rather than immediately deleted, so we can show what access existed and when.
You can ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask what we hold, by emailing sales@hitcogroup.in. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.
