Hitco’s Cast-in heaters provide better results for uniform heat distribution and higher efficiency. There are 2 types of Cast in Heaters- Aluminum & Bronze. The high thermal conductivity of aluminum & bronze allows precisely uniform temperature to be applied to the component surface, elevating hot or cold spots that may affect the equipment performance.

Heat is provided by a tubular sheathed wire element that has long been recognized for its reliability, strength and adaptability. It is due to the versatile of this element that cast heater can be manufactured to suit limitless application and specifications.
