These terms govern use of hitcogroup.in, the distributor and customer portal and the Hitco ERP (together, the “Services”), operated by Hitco Electricals Pvt Ltd (“Hitco”). By using the Services you agree to them.
Access to the portal and the ERP is granted by Hitco to named individuals. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for every action taken under your account. Tell us at once if you believe an account has been compromised. Hitco may suspend or revoke access at any time.
You may use the Services only for legitimate business with Hitco. You must not attempt to access data that is not yours, probe or disrupt the Services, submit false information, or upload content that is unlawful, infringing or malicious.
Information you submit through enquiry, distributor-request and purchase-order forms is a request to Hitco, not a contract. Quotations, prices, delivery dates and order confirmations are binding only when issued by Hitco in writing. Hitco’s standard terms of sale apply to every order.
Product specifications, drawings, images, catalogues and text on the Services belong to Hitco or its licensors. You may use them to evaluate and buy Hitco products; any other reproduction needs Hitco’s written consent. Specifications may change without notice.
The Services are provided as available. Hitco does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and may change or withdraw features. To the extent permitted by law, Hitco is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
