Micro Coil Heaters specially designed for smaller diameter nozzles, nozzle tips etc. These can be formed in grooves to create three dimensional heating application. Due to small diameter, these heaters are fabricated with a pressed on sheath and embedded in brass for maximum heat dissipation.
The 1.8 mm diameter Micro Tubular Heater is formed into a coil of pre-defined specification with a unique cover (Axial Clamp) for easy fitment. The Axial Clamp enables front end loading and adaptability resulting in minimum down time caused due to heater failure in Multi Cavity Mould.
